Dear Mr. Rang:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter dated January 16,1998, which tra.....ntted changes identified as Revision 32 to the Big Rock Point Security Plan, submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Based on your dete,mination that the changes do nu decrease the effectivenass of the plan -
l and after limited review of the changes, no NRC approvalis required, in accordance with 10 i
CFR 50.54(p). Impicmentatior of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that the changes have not decreased the effee.iveness of the plan.
The enclostae to your letter concems a subject matter which is exetnpt from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and is therefore being withheld from public disclosure. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placeo in the NRC Public Document Room.
