ATTACHMENT CONTAINS SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION 1 WITHHOLD FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE June 3,1999 Nuclear Regulatory Commission l Attn: Document Control Desk l Washington, DC 20555 - 0001 DOCKET 50-155 - LICENSE DPR- 6, BIG ROCK POINT PLANT - SECURITY PLAN REVISION Find attached one (1) original and three (3) copies of Revision 33 of the Big Rock Point Security Plan. This revision incorporates exemption from certain requirements of 10 CFR Part 73 that were granted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission by letter dated March 29, 1999 to reflect the perrnanent shutdown and defueled condition of the facility. Also attached is the justification for the revision.
Consumers Energy Company has determined this change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and therefore submits this change in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
