The Commission has issued tne enclosed Amendment No.,100 to Facility Operating l
License No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated September 22, 1988 and supplemented by your letters dated January 17, and April 12, 1989.
This amendment revises the Technical Specifications by providing for a new organizational unit; the Nuclear Safety Services Department (NSSD) to discharge off-site safety review functions instead of the Nuclear Safety Board
.(NSB).
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance i
will t'e included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register notice.
