. In March 1999, Region ill received Revision 1 to various portions of the Big Rock Point Nuclear Plant Defueled Emergency Plan. This revision was submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(q).
Based on your determinations that the changes in Revision 1 do not decrease the effectiveness of your Defueled Emergency Plan, and that the Plan continues to meet the applicable standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b)'and the requirements of Appendix E to Part 50, NRC approval is not required.
