.luly 28,1999 Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 - 0001 DOCKET 50-155 - LICENSE DPR-6, BIG ROCK POINT PLANT - COMMITMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH DEFUELED TECIINICAL SPECIFICATION REQUEST TO DELETE DEFINITION OF SITE BOUNDARY AND REMOVE SITE MAP.
Based on a discussion with members of the NRC Staff on July 28,1999, Big Rock Point will commit to the following actions with regard to an amendment request dated May 11, 1999:
- 1) NRC Region III will be notified if any change is made to the Site Boundary;
- 2) The UFHSR will be revised in the appropriate section to include the following:
" The nearest landside property line is about 2680 feet and the nearest shoreline property line is about 200 feet from the containment sphere".
