,1 This is to acknowledge receipt of Revision 95 to Chapters 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 and k'
Appendices D.~M and P, dated May 11, 1990, for the Big Rock Point Site
-Emergency Plan. This revision was received in our office on May 16, 1990.
We have reviewed these changes to the Emergency Plan and have determined 4
that they are consisteht with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and do not 9;
' decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
It was noted that the position of On-Call Technical Advisor has inadvertently been omitted from t
S' 1 Table'1 of Chapter 5.
This error needs to be corrected. With the correction i,
of this omission, these changes are acceptable.
