DECOMMISSIONING INSPECTION PLAN
Dear Mr. Powers:
Enclosed for your information is a summary of our decommissioning inspection plan through March 99. This plan will be updated approximately twice each year, and may be revised at any time based on future inspection findings, events, resource availability, etc. We will promptly inform you of any major changes to the enclosed inspection plan.
The plan provides for increased focus on the performance of the radiation protection program (RP). We will be closely monitoring your future programmatic assessments of the RP program and your progress in addressing issues which you or we have identified in the RP program.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, and the l
