This is to clarify our letter of February 28, 1986, concerning Revision 10 of the Wolf Creek Physical Security Plan. That letter referred onif to the submitted drawings associated with Revision 10. The complete revision did arrive during the same time frame and we inadvertently did not acknowledge its receipt.

We find the changes in Revision 10 to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.

The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
