-On March 20, 1990 theNRCissuedGenericLetter(GL)90-03"Relaxationof Staff Position in Generic Letter 83-8 Item 2.2 Part 2 'Vandor Interface for Safety-Related Components.".The GL requested that all licensees ano applicants review their present vendor interface programs and modify them as necessary using the guidance supplied in GL.
By {{letter dated|date=October 2, 1990|text=letter dated October 2,1990}}, you responded to Generic Letter 90-03 and indicated that the. programs will be implemented by December 31, 1990, in eccordance with the guidance given in the GL. The Staff has reviewed your response and finds it acceptable.
