ORDER APPROVING TM TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN SEABROOK STATION UNIT 1 FROM MONTAUP ELECTRIC COMPANY TO LITTLE BAY POWER CORPORATION AND APPROVING CONFORMING AMENDMENT (TAC NO. MA3842)
Dear Mr. Feigenbaurn:
The enclosed Ordor is in response to the application transmitted by North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation under cover of your letter dated September 29,1998, as supplemented March 8,1999, and April 7,1999. The application requested approval of the transfer of Operating License NPF-86 for the Seabrook Station Unit 1, to the extent held by Montaup Electric Company, to Little Bay Power Corporation and approval of a conforming amendment pursuant to Sections 50.80 and 50.90 of Title 10 of the Code of Federa! Ffegulations. The enclosed Order gives consent to the proposed transfer, subject to the conditions described therein. The Order also approves a conforming license amendment, which will be issued and made effective when the transfer is completed.
The Order has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
