Enclosed is a copy of a letter from Mr. Jeffrey A. Bean, Regional Director, FEMA Region I, transmitting a copy of the final exercise report for the October 20,1998, MS-1, out of sequence drill for Elliot Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire, specific to Seabrook Nuclear Power Station. There was one Area Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified during this drill. Please provide assistance to offsite officials to address and resolve the identified ARCA on a timely basis.
