. review of the storage' location of the service water cooling tower pump during

previous Mode.4 operations. We note that the criteria for timely and effective

i corrective a-tion, safety. significance and other items specified in Section.

V.A.' of the Enforcement Policy (October 1988) were satisfied and no Notice of

Violation.is being issued.

In accordance with.10 'CFR Part 2.790 of t' he NRC's " Rules of Practice", a copy
