Dear Sir-l 1 am writing to express niy disappointment in the apparent failure of the NRC to cite the Seabrook Station Nuclear Power Plant for recent violations of safety regulations uncovered during inspections in March and May.

The general public counts on the Commission to monitor all nuclear power plants

- and to sanction violations of regulations that may represent a threat to public safety. I hope you can assure me that this is still the mandate of the NRC.
