Dear Mr. Sweeney:
At the close of business on April 5,1989, the Bethesda Licensing Office provided me with 'a copy (enclosed) of a six page draft response to staff's comments enclosed with NRC letter dated March 31, 1989. The staff comments were issued in. response to New Hampshire Yankee's letter on decommissioning funding assurance dated March 20, 1989.
If it is your desire to have the staff take action with regards to the draft document, I request that you submit it formally. The staff will not take any action on the draft document so I'm returning the copy provided by your Office.
