Seabrook, New Hampshire. The inspection results are described in.the enclosed

report and were discussed with Mr. D. Moody and other members of your staff on- 1

June 23, 1990. +

During this assessment period several operational' challenges occurred including'

the first generation of electrical power and the first unplanned reactor trip.
