REQUALIFICATION PROGRAM EVALUATION Mr. Steven W.-Kessinger, a previously licensed operator at your facility, is scheduled to participate in an NRC requalification examination to be administered during the week of October 22, 1990. As a result of Mr. Kessinger's waiver request submitted to this office, dated September 20, 1990, the NRC has agreed to grant this waiver and issue a new license to Mr. Kessinger upon his successful completion of the complete requalification examination.
Please be advised that his participation and results thereof will be included in the NRC evaluation of your requalification training program.
Should the crew to which Mr. Kessinger_is assigned fail the examination due to inappropriate actions on his part, the NRC reserves the right to replace Mr. Kessinger with another licensed individual and to reexamine the crew during another set of scenarios for the purpose _of evaluating your requalification training. program.
