The enclosed report is submitted pursuant to the requirements of subarticle IWA-6230 of the 1983 Edition (including addenda through Summer 1983) of Section XI of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Additionally, a copy of this letter and the enclosed report are being submitted to the State of New Ilampshire.
