Dear Mr. Briggs:
This is in response to your letter dated August 19,1999, in that letter you requested, on behalf of Gary R. Pageau and Williams Power Corporation, additional time in which to reply to the Notice of Violations (NOVs) that were issued to Gary R. Pageau and WilCams Power Corporation by the NRC on August 3,1999. The NRC has granted your request for an extension. Your response to the NOVs, which was initially due September 2,1999, will now be due to the NRC by October 8,1999. Please contact me if I can be of further assistance.
