The NRC is concerned that your supplemental response of July 3,1986, to the Notice of Violation, contained inaccurate information. Ycur September 4, 1986, response to a Notice of . Violation sent to you with Inspection Report 50-327, 328/86-36 also contained inaccurate information. Your letter of October 17,

1986, indicated that the inclusion of inaccurate information in the two responses did not have a similar cause. The NRC disagrees with your conclusion. In both cases, your management (.ontrols failed to ensure that information provided to the NRC was accurate. Your letters of September 4, and October 17, 1986, provide corrective actions you have taken or will take to improve your performance in
