i SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - UNIT 2 CYCLE 9 12-MONTH STEAM GENERATOR (SG) INSPECTION REPORT AND 90-DAY REPORT FOR VOLTAGE-BASED ALTERNATE REPAIR CRITERIA In accordance with the requirements of SON Unit 2 Technical Specifications 4.4.5.5.b and TS 4.4.5.5.c, TVA is submitting the enclosed report that includes the following:
l (1) results of SG incervice inspections, j
(2) written follow-up information for a SG categorized as C-3, l
(3) results of voltage-based repair criteria for Cycle 10
(
operation.
I During the scheduled SON U2C9 refueling outage, extensive inservice inspections were conducted in all four SGs to address i
active and potential damage mechanisms identified in the Unit 2 Degradation Assessment.
The results of the inspections were classified as follows:
