This special, announced inspection entailed six inspector hours onsite reviewing the circumstances of. a security event which occurred on January 9, 1986.
Results: One violation was identified by the licensee concerning a failure to maintain an effective compensatory measure for a vital area alarm.
This violation was evaluated under Section V. A of the NRC' Enforcement Policy (Appendix C to 10 CFR Part 2) and no Notice of Violation'was issued.
