The condition dealt with the failure of a centrifugal charging pump. This condition is being reported, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73 (a) (2) (1) (B), as an operation or condition prohibited by the plant's technical specifications and 10 CFR 50.73 (a) (2) (iv) , as an event that resulted in a manual actuation of an engineered safety feature.
