SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-327/86-41 AND 50-328/86-41 Thank you for your response of September 29, 1986, to our Notice of Violation issued on August 29, 1986, concerning activities conducted at your Sequoyah facility. We have evaluated your response with regard to part (1) of the violation and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.

With regard to part (2) of the violation, we have concluded that the additional information presented in your letter resolves this issue; consequently, this portion of the violation will be withdrawn. Our records will be adjusted accordingly.
