SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-327/86-36 AND 50-328/86-36 Thank you for your responses of August 22, and September 4,1986, to our Notice of Violation, issued on July 23, 1986, concerning activities conducted at your Sequoyah facility. We have evaluated your responses and found that they meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
The corrective actions described in your second response to prevent inaccurate information from being included in future submittals, such as that contained in your first response, appears to be adequate.
