As a result; your subsequent letter of May 26, 1989 requested the withdrawal, without prejudice, of.the aforementioned requests for exemptions and license  :

amendments. The NRC staff concurs with this request and shall withdraw these q proposed TS amendment. requests and exemption requests from future i consideration without prejudice.
