This letter refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. Joseph E. Carrasco
of.this office on May 14 to May 18, 1990 at the Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 Nuclear
Power Plant in Lusby, Maryland.
Mr.- Carrasco discussed the findings of the
inspection with Mr. M. Milbradt of your staff at the conclusion of the
inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
inspection report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
