This letter transmits the results of the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. R._ Laura
of this office on August 27-31,1990 at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2.
A summary of the findings were presented to Mr. Cruse, Mr. Camilleri, and other members
of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

The area examined during this inspection was post maintenance' testing. Within this area,

the inspection consisted of observation of testing;in progress, review of completed
j
maintenance order packages and review of Calvert Cliffs Instruction 200M. -The post
i

maintenance testing program was assessed to be comprehensive, wellimplemented and met
.i
the objectives of the Performance Improvement Program. ' No violations were observed, and
