This letter refers to the routine inspection conducted by Messrs. Suresh K.
Chaudhary and Joseph E, Carrasco of this office on June 4 to June 8,1990 at
the Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 Nuclear Power Plant in Lusby, Maryland.
The
inspectors discussed the findings of the inspection with Mr. M. Milbradt of
your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
inspection repert which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
