The calculation was performed to support reconstitution activities I
discussed in Reference (b). Attachments A and B of the calculation contain the spreadsheets that were developed to calculate the decay time required to compensate for the decreased decontamination factor (DF). Attachments D and E of the calculation contain the spreadsheets that were developed to calculate the DF for 23 feet of water and 20.4 feet of water, respectively.
