Thank you for your participation in the Y2K Training and Tabletop exercise held on July 14, l
1999. Your participation in this exercise is one of the primary reasons that it was successful.
Your discussion of emergency planning issues was particularly helpful.
It is apparent that all participants have given considerable thought on how to deal with potential Y2K problems. Although the tabletop did not reveal any significant inconsistencies between contingency plans, a number of items were surfaced that require further attention. We suggest j
L that you refer to the NRC Y2K web site to view the issues and lessons from the tabletop that will be tracked by the NRC. _ The web site should reflect this information within about two weeks.
