By letter dated December 1,1986, we acknowledged receipt of your November 7,1986 request for exemption from the annual fee requirements of 10 CFR 171 for your Big Rock Point Plant. While a decision has not yet been made on your request, this letter is to inform you that the second quarterly payment and any subsequent FY 87 quarterly payments should not be made for the Big Rock Point Plant until further notice is provided to you. At such time as a decision is made on your November 7 exemption request, it will be provided to you in writing and you will be informed about further quarterly payments.
