Re: Big Rock Point Plant The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 84 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant. The amendment is in response to your application dated April 15, 1985. This amendment adds a new condition to the Control Rod Drive surveillance testing to require all testing prior to startuo following an outage greater than 120 days in length.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register notices.
