We have reviewed your Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system evaluation dated April 27,1987, and your proposals for CCTV upgrade contained in your July 15, 1987 letter. The CCTV system evaluation appears extensive and thorough. We

. have also noted that the significant recommendations have been incorporated in the CCTV system upgrade proposals, except for items 4.9 and 4.16 (details are-consideredunclassifiedSafeguardsInformation). We recomend that you consider inclusion of the two cited recommendations in your upgrade project. We also request to be advised of any delays in meeting the estimated completion dates identified in your July 15, 1987 letter.
