Security Plan Revision 20 In accordance with the provisions of Part 50.54(p) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations [10 CFR 50.54(p)] changes to the Security Program at the Trojan Nuclear Plant, as described in the Trojan Security Plan, PGE-1017, have been implemented. Our evaluation has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Program.
Attachment 1 is a detailed description of the changes, along with a dis-cussion of the reasons for making the changes. Attachment 2 consists of four copies of the replacement pages for the Trojan Security Plan. Another two copies are being forwarded to the Regional Administrator, Region V.
Attachments 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21.
