This revision reflects administrative changes that continue to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B. g The attachment to this letter provides a description of, and justification for, changes. The enclosure provides the revised pages for insertion into your controlled copy of PGE-8010.
Changes are identified by a revision bar in the margin of the new text pages. PGE certifies that PGE-8010, Revision 22, accurately presents changes made since the previous submittal (PGE-8010, Revision 21, under Dockets 50-344 and 72-0017).
In a previous letter (VPN-054-95, dated October 9,1995), PGE notified the NRC of its intent to apply its 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, QA Program to the Trojan Independent Spent Fuel Storage L Installation (ISFSI) activities and subsequently submitted the QA Program (then Revision 19) as part ofits 10 CFR 72 license application under Docket 72-0017.

, The proposed ISFSI Technical Specifications presently contain Section 5.5.2, which covers the ISFSI Safety Review Committee (ISRC) review functions. Also, Section 1.2.2 presently states that these ISRC review functions are required by the ISFSI Technical Specifications. During August 1998 the ISFSI Technical Specifications were re-written to relocate the ISRC review functions to the ISFSI Safety Analysis Report. As a result, the Quality Assurance Program, Section 1.2.2, is changed to reflect the new location (ISFSI SAR) of these ISRC review functions.
