Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Camera

_ installation at the Intake Structure By letter dated July 26, 1989 Portland General Electric Company provided a detailed description of the planned compensatory measures and alternate Central Alarm Station (CAS) and Secondary Alarm Station (SAS) locations while CCTV monitoring capability was being upgraded in the alarm stations.

As a result of preliminary work that was completed in the CAS during the extended 1989 refueling outage, alternate compensatory measures were implemented during the upgrade activities. These are described in detail in Attachment 1. The alternate measures were discussed witti U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region V personnel on August 23, 1989.
