Emergency Plan (PGE-1075)

Pursuant to our letter dated November 23,1998 (VPN-075-98), and discussions in our meeting with you on November 19,1998, enclosed is an updated ISFSI Emergency Plan. Although the entire document has been retyped and is being resubmitted (i.e., in lieu of revised pages), only those sections with a vertical line in the right-hand margin adjacent to them have been changed.

Much of the added material is identical to that in the ISFSI Safety Analysis Report. A description of the changes is provided in the Attachment.
