l Troian Nuclear Plant Permanentiv Defueled Technical Specification (FDTS) Bases. Revision 2 In accordance with PDTS 5.6.4, the enclosure to this letter provides Revision 2 to Portland j General Electric Company's " Trojan Nuclear Plant PDTS Bases." The revision to the Bases  ;

changes the name of the cooling system to the Modular Spent Fuel Pool Cooling and Cleanup System and updates spent fuel pool heat up information to 31/2 years after plant shutdown. The changes do not involve a change to the Technical Specifications incorporated into the license or an unreviewed safety question as defined by 10 CFR 50.59 and, therefore, do not require prior Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval. Changes are identified in the revised text by side
