l in accordance with the provisions of Part 50.54(p) of Title 10 of the Code I
of Federal Regulations (10 CFR 50.54(p)) changes to the Security Program at the Trojan Nuclear Plant, as described ir. the Trojan Security Plan PGE-1017, have been implemented. Our evaluation has determined that these changes do not decrease the Safeguards effectiveness of the Security Program.
Attachment A is a detailed descrlption of the changes, along with a discussion of the ressons for making the changes. Attachment B consists of four copies of the replacement page:; for the Trojan Security Plan. Two additional copies are being fc Warded to the Regional Administrator, Region V.
