LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-6B4 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is for Duke Energy to present its proposed strainer fiber bypass test plan for Crystal River regarding Generic Letter 2004-02, "Potentiallrnpact of Debris Blockage on Emergency Recirculation during Design Basis Accidents at Pressurized-Water Reactors." The NRC staff will provide the licensee with questions and comments during the meeting.
