This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Ms. Frieda Frando of your staff and myself on March 23, 2007, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for April 18, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed.
