LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-8B4 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: Meeting to discuss alternatives under consideration by Duke Energy to the industry's standard for FLEX strategies. NEI 12-06 (ML12242A378), in particular to the assumption that currently installed ac sources would not be available. The industry's FLEX strategies are a response to the NRC order on Mitigation Strategies (ML12054A735).

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

Certain portions of this meeting will be closed to the public because Safeguards or Sensitive Homeland Security Information will be discussed during the meeting.
