This letter confirms communication between Mr. Dennis Herrin of your staff and Mr. Louis Lake of this office on June 29, 2009, concerning an inspection exit meeting (Category One public meeting) which has been scheduled for August 14, 2009, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (EDT). The meeting notice, which provides location and additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is for the NRC to present the results of the NRC=s inspection of the Crystal River Power Plant license renewal program to be conducted July 27 - August 14, 2009, at the Crystal River site.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
