By letter, dated August 27, 2015, Duke Energy submitted a request for a proposed change to the Crystal River Unit 3 Permanently Defueled Emergency Plan, Revision 2, and Permanently Defueled Emergency Action Level Bases Manual, Revision 1, for the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. Please review the request and provide a Safety Evaluation by March 30, 2016. The licensees application is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System at Accession No. ML15246A231, and a copy is enclosed.
