REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST TO DELETE THE CYBER SECURITY PLAN LICENSE CONDITION (TAC NO. L53155)

By letter dated December 09, 2016, Duke Energy Florida, LLC, submitted a request for a proposed license amendment to delete the cyber security plan license condition. Please review the request and provide a Safety Evaluation by April 30, 2017. As noted in the application, approval of this request will constitute withdrawal of the request submitted on March 31, 2016, to extend the Milestone 8 implementation date. The licensees application is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML16348A187, or a copy will be provided upon request.
