LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 03B04 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of this preapplication meeting with representatives of Carolina Power & Light Company and Florida Power Corporation (the licensees) is to discuss the transition to the requirements of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standard 805 pursuant to 10 CFR 50.48(c) for Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2; Crystal River Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 3; and, H. B.

Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit NO.2.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
