OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE DOCKET NO.50-250 UNIT Turke Point 3 DATE'u ust 10 1990 COMPLETED BY R.A.Tierne TELEPHONE 305 246-6970 REPORT MONTH June 1990 Unit 3 was returned to service on June 3, 1990 from a scheduled refueling and maintenance outage that, began on February 3, 1990.On June 4 Unit 3 was removed from service to repair the Feedwater Heater Relief Valve and Feedwater Heater Outlet Valve.The unit was returned to service on June 9.On June 9 Unit 3 tripped due to a Hi-Hi Steam Generator Water Level condition caused by failure of a feedwater valve controller hand/auto station.Unit 3 was returned to service on June 11.On June 11, during a Turbine Overspeed Trip Test problems associated with the test were noted keeping the Unit off line until June 12.On June 15 Unit 3 was removed from service to repair a leak in a condenser tube.During the process of shutting down Unit 3 the reactor was tripped due to personnel error.Unit 3 returned to service on June 17, 1990.900S210124 900Sl5 PDR ADOCK 05000250~R PDC iO 0
