Unit 4 operated essentially at 100% in the beginning of the month of January, 1999. On January 14, 1999 the power was reduced to 65% to perform the Turbine Valve Test. Unit 4 resumed 100% power the same day and stayed essentially at 100% for rest of the month of January, 1999.
