DATE'u ust 10 1990 COMPLETED BY R. A. Tierne TELEPHONE 305 246-6970 REPORT MONTH June 1990 Unit 3 was returned to service on June 3,
1990 from a scheduled refueling and maintenance outage that, began on February 3,
1990.
On June 4 Unit 3 was removed from service to repair the Feedwater Heater Relief Valve and Feedwater Heater Outlet Valve.
The unit was returned to service on June 9.
On June 9 Unit 3 tripped due to a Hi-Hi Steam Generator Water Level condition caused by failure of a
feedwater valve controller hand/auto station.
Unit 3
was returned to service on June 11.
On June 11, during a Turbine Overspeed Trip Test problems associated with the test were noted keeping the Unit off line until June 12.
On June 15 Unit 3 was removed from service to repair a leak in a condenser tube.
During the process of shutting down Unit 3 the reactor was tripped due to personnel error.
Unit 3 returned to service on June 17, 1990.
