Shukla TELEPHONE: ~56-66 REPORT MONTH March 1999 Unit 4 operated at essentially 100% reactor power until March 10, 1999. Then power was lowered in preparation for a refueling outage which started on March 15, 1999. The unit remained shut down for refueling for the remainder of the month, and is expected to restart on or about April 8, 1999.
